Christopher Nolans work is the paradigm and example that blockbuster movies are way more than one liners and explosions, they are movies that restore failled attempts in cinema to create a action packed movie with a smart storyline. The Dark Knight rises not only brings hope to Gotham but to modern popular cinema. The Dark Knight Rises, tells the story of how Batman (Bale), -after been seen as a villain for eight years - must rise and fight the evil army of Bane (Hardy) who is bringing chaos to the streets of Gotham and planning on blowing it up to pieces. This is the story of how Batman picked himself up and dusted himself unraveling secrets.If I even dare call this movie good, I will be underrating it. There aren't words enough to explain how epic and colossal this movie is. Nolan, in my opinion, hits his biggest note with The Dark Knight Rises showing truly how phenomenal he is. At first I was skeptical about the Nolan hype, I always knew he was a great director, but The Dark Knight Rises proves him to be exceptional. Under the olympics spirit, Nolan deserves a golden medal for being an outstanding director and visionaire. The movie is unsurpassable, incomparable, and superior for several reasons. First and mainly the cast. This movie has a favorable ensemble that makes it unbeatable. Bale is the ultimate Batman. He grew into this character so well that his face will always be the true face behind that mask. People normally acknowledge his work in other stuff, but I say he truly shines under that black cape. Michael Caine also blows it in this movie, re,gardless of his little time on screen. Then there is Oldman, who like always knows what he is doing. The newbies are also brilliant. Both Hathaway and Hardy go hard in this movie as villains, and outshine themselves as actors, Another thing that really really worked in this movie was the cinematography and the visuals. Both the special effects, and the camera work in this movie make it truly epic. Guys, there is plenty of eye candy out there, don't miss this, because I say when it comes to visuals this movie is price-winning. Not only the visuals but the score to this movie is awesome. Hans Zimmer is the man. He created a score that will forever be remembered. The sound mixing is also brilliant, make sure to watch this movie loud, very loud, because it is gonna take you on a whole different level. Guys, I really don't know how to explain how wonderful this movie is. What works the best though is the story telling, and the script. It is wonderfully written, and the twists and turns in this movie are dangerous. I got goosebumps from the first scene to the very last. Therefore when Cinema is able to not only touch you mentally but physically too then you know its being done right.Guys dont miss this one out, this is a movie that has already marked itself in history, and will be those movies you will definately show your kids and grandkids.Bane: Calm down, Doctor! Now's not the time for fear. That comes later.
