Never never go on a diet. Going on a diet will harm your body instead of doing it good. This is because if you do not consume enough calories, the body will go on a stavation mode to keep fat in the body, which make losing weight even harder. Going on a diet will also causes your metabolism rate to go down. The worst thing is going on a diet will cause you to eat more in the next meal. For example many people who wants to lose weight skip lunch. Then by dinner time they are super hungry. So they end up eating more and they instead of losing weight, they actually gain weight. That why i am so against going on a diet. To lose weight and stay healthy you cannot avoid to go on a diet. Instead make sure you eat 3 full meals a day. However the trick is to eat moderate portion size. Make sure you develop a new mind set based on eating the right foods and occasionally enjoy eating other foods you may like in modest amount. It is important to be committed to permanent changes that will get you to your ideal weight slowly. This type of weight loss is more likely to be lasting. Make sure you eat enough fiber-rich vegetables,fruits,whole grain, dairy and protein food to avoid feeling hungry or satisfied. Do eat less empty calories food and drinks? like soft drink, sweets, cakes and other pastries. These are full of sugar which i feel it is best avoided. However of course once in a while i feel it is totally ok to consume this food and drinks. However limit it to once a week. Most important thing in weight loss is to moderate.

Be also aware that low fat, low quality diets high in processed foods are eroding your health. You will need natural foods, not synthetic food. Always eat live food, like fish, chicken, vegetables and other fruits. Avoid processed food like luncheon meat and ham.

To lose weight and be healthy never go on a diet. Make sure you eat your 3 meals every day, but do moderate your portion size. The next thing you must do is to exercise. Make sure you exercise at least 150 minutes a week. Regular exercises and good eating habits will ensure you not only lose weight naturally but you will remains healthy always
